Write for us

We welcome clear, original proposals that help readers think about well-being through habits, rest, connection, attention or the ideas surrounding them. Send proposals through the Contact page; please do not send a complete draft unless we request one.

What makes a strong pitch

A good pitch starts with one useful question and explains why it matters to a general reader. Tell us the central idea, the shape of the piece and what a reader will understand or be able to consider afterward. Keep the scope focused, name the category it best fits and note any relevant sources or expertise you would draw on.

Our editorial fit

We are interested in original, thoughtful writing that avoids one-size-fits-all routines and unsupported promises. Pitches may explain a concept, compare approaches, examine a custom or challenge an assumption. We do not seek promotional copy, disguised product endorsements or content that offers individual medical advice.

Sending a proposal

Use the Contact page and select the editorial question option. Include a working title, a short summary and a brief note about your perspective on the subject. We review proposals for fit and clarity; sending a pitch does not guarantee publication.
